Competitive compensation and benefits package PI Group is looking for your talent as: **RAW MATERIALS WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR,** to join our team. * **Location:** ✦ Cuautitlán, Mexico. * **Schedule:** ✦ Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (weekly rotating shift). * **Requirements:** ✦ Bachelor’s degree holder or intern in Business Administration or related field. ✦ Minimum 2 years of experience in **RAW MATERIALS OR MANUFACTURING WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT** (Not 3PL or E-commerce). ✦ Knowledge of ISO 9001 \- Quality Management System. ✦ Knowledge of ISO 14001 \- Environmental Management System. ✦ Knowledge of applicable regulations for the area (STPS). ✦ Knowledge of 5S methodology. ✦ Max/Min inventory control and analysis. ✦ Knowledge of warehouse processes (picking lists and material replenishment). ✦ Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * **Responsibilities:** ✦ Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. ✦ Team integration and coordination. ✦ Operational verification of receipt and storage (BPA). ✦ Control and verification of FIFO systems. ✦ Layout management and control. ✦ Extensive use of KPIs and statistical indicators. ✦ Safe operation and handling of forklifts. ✦ Chemical requisition processing within the warehouse. ✦ Hosting internal and customer audits. * **We Offer:** ✦ Bi-weekly salary payments. ✦ Statutory benefits from day one. ✦ Christmas bonus (21 days). ✦ Vacation time (12 days). ✦ Vacation premium. ✦ Profit sharing. ✦ Savings fund (6\.5%). ✦ Food vouchers (6\.5%). ✦ Transportation allowance ($300\). ✦ Subsidized cafeteria ($23\.50\). ✦ English classes. ✦ Product allocation. ✦ Scholarships for continuing education. ✦ Employee discount pricing on company products. ✦ Support for employee parents.
