




Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative to advise companies on regulatory compliance with STPS (Labor Safety, Hygiene, and Training) and Civil Protection, while developing and managing a client portfolio. Study and improve sales and networking skills We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative for a Mexican company specializing in advising businesses on compliance with STPS (Safety, Hygiene, and Training) and Civil Protection regulations. Experience: 2–3 years of B2B sales experience. Existing client portfolio (desirable). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (candidate or graduate) Responsibilities: Study and improve sales and networking skills Prospect and develop new clients (companies and decision-makers) Manage and grow the natural client portfolio Present commercial proposals and quotations Follow up on the sales process until closure Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Build long-term business relationships Competencies: Strategic vision, assertiveness, negotiation ability, strong written communication skills.
