Training and Organizational Development Assistant **Monthly salary: $9,451 MXN** Are you interested in the field of training and talent development? What will be your responsibilities? * Support in developing and updating training plans. * Design of instructional materials (guides, presentations, and supporting resources). * Participation in in-person training sessions. * Basic follow-up on training effectiveness. * Administrative support for the department. Topics you will engage with: * Customer service and attention. * Basic health regulations. * Use of internal platforms and systems. * Sales techniques and advisory skills. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Completed bachelor's degree or currently completing graduation in Pedagogy, Education Sciences, or related fields. * Interest in corporate training and organizational learning. * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with groups. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Profiles with or without experience are welcome.
