




Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Analyst to design and monitor training programs, ensure staff development, and manage educational records and projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Analyst Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience designing corporate training activities. Experience with STPS and SIRCE. Responsibilities: Monitor the Annual Training Program by scheduling courses to ensure staff development. Track the onboarding training process for new hires and internal promotions. Maintain updated records and reports for the department, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making. Develop projects aligned with the needs of various business units through the design and implementation of appropriate training strategies and materials. Comply with and support audits.
