**About the company** MCG is a proudly Mexican organization dedicated to providing training, consulting, and auditing solutions across various specialized fields for companies seeking to enhance their competitiveness. **Job requirements** * Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism (recent graduate) * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., social service or equivalent) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Must be of legal age * Skills: Friendliness, service-oriented attitude, teamwork, organization, proactivity, ability to work under pressure, verbal fluency, customer orientation, punctuality, and tidiness **Job responsibilities** * Prepare and issue course completion certificates and acknowledgments (for public, private, and DC\-3\ courses). * Receive participant files and provide front-desk support during course registration. * Assist in preparing coffee breaks and food service during courses. * Manage Zoom links and provide technical support for online courses. * Safeguard printed materials, utensils, and client belongings. * Support the Customer Service Manager in administrative and operational activities. * Organize and maintain the kitchen area and supplies in order. * Coordinate shipping of packages and materials to clients. * Manage petty cash for minor expenses related to courses and kitchen operations. * Compile data from certified courses and maintain complete participant files. * Design and assemble printed materials and simple menus for clients and participants. * Provide support for any special client needs, both in the service area and in the kitchen. **Additional benefits and perks** * Monthly gross salary of $10,000\.00 * Biweekly payments * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * 15 vacation days in the first year Location: Lindavista, G.A.M., 5 minutes from Indios Verdes.
