At **ISAe Servicios Administrativos S.A. de C.V.**, we are looking for a **Technical Support Technician** with experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and printers. This project has a duration of **1 month**, during which you will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and operation of technological equipment across our various departments. The ideal candidate is a **proactive, organized individual with strong technical responsibility**, capable of working under objectives and meeting defined delivery deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Physical installation and configuration of computing equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals). * Configuration and connection of **local and network printers**. * Basic technical support to users during implementation (hardware and software). * Verification of network connectivity and access to shared resources. * Operating system and driver updates according to internal guidelines. * Recording and documentation of computer equipment safeguards. * Coordination with the IT department for final validation of configuration and deployment. **Requirements:** * **Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree** in Systems, Informatics, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical support or equipment installation. * Knowledge of: * Configuration of local and network printers. * Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11\). * Basic networking (IP, DNS, connectivity). * Office suite and corporate software. * Availability for on-site work and travel between locations (if applicable). * **Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility.** * **Willingness to travel** **We Offer:** * **Net salary:** $14,000 per month. * Project-based employment (duration of 1 month). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hrs. * Opportunity to participate in future implementations within the IT area. * Excellent work environment. **Location:** Querétaro with willingness to travel **Position Type:** Temporary project – Full-time Position type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term, Seasonal Contract duration: 1 month Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
