Strengthening of commercial relationships and customer loyalty **Grupo Indumil** is seeking a **Technical Commercial Advisor** specialized in vehicle and architectural armor solutions, focused on delivering consultative support, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening commercial relationships with clients in the automotive and corporate sectors. Responsibilities * Provide technical and commercial advisory services regarding bulletproof glass, aramid, steel, and ballistic accessories for vehicle and architectural armor. * Prospect new customers and develop business opportunities. * Conduct on-site visits and technical assessments to identify customer needs and specifications. * Negotiate commercial proposals and follow up on sales closure. * Advise on proper handling and installation of ballistic materials. * Follow up with existing customers to strengthen commercial relationships and foster loyalty. * Address technical inquiries, incidents, and post-sales follow-up. * Support technical demonstrations and commercial presentations. * Coordinate orders, deliveries, and follow-up with customers. * Manage commercial schedule and visit planning. Requirements * Experience in technical or consultative sales. * Preferred experience in the automotive, armor, glass, construction, or specialized materials sectors. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Availability for fieldwork and client visits. * Administrative organization and follow-up capabilities. * Basic proficiency in Office and digital tools. * Valid driver's license (preferred).
