**Profile Requirements:**
**Education**: Completed bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in air freight operations at customs agencies or freight forwarders. Multimodal experience is desirable.
**Requirements:**
* Tariff Validation: Supervise the team to assign the correct tariff classification according to the TIGIE (General Import and Export Tax Tariff).
* Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Customs Law and Annex 22 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade.
* Catalog Management: Maintain up-to-date client product catalogs to expedite future customs clearance processes.
* Document Audit: Review invoices and customs entry forms (pedimentos) to confirm that data matches the physical goods.
* Ensures compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (e.g., health and safety permits, Mexican Official Standards such as NOMs, etc.).
* Pedimento Annotation: Conduct preventive audits to detect errors in invoices, certificates of origin, or incremental documents before submission to customs.
* Annex 22 Compliance: Verify that the completion of pedimentos strictly complies with the General Rules of Foreign Trade.
