Opportunity for professional growth **Job Description** We are looking for a Systems Assistant to attend to and resolve technical support requests for computing equipment, networks, and systems within the **Contact Center** and the company's administrative areas, ensuring operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide user support for analysis and resolution of **hardware** issues. * Support for **office software suites**, antivirus software, and remote access platforms. * Maintenance and operation of **computer networks** (structured cabling, logical configuration, and telephony). * Perform **preventive maintenance** on computing equipment (every 6 months). * Execute **corrective maintenance** as required. * Prepare and manage the **inventory of computing equipment**. * Administer and safeguard equipment, allocating resources to users and campaigns according to operational needs. **Position Profile** **Education:** * Technical degree in Systems * Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (incomplete) or related field **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year** of hands-on **technical support experience** **Training / Knowledge:** * Network management * Operating systems * Telephony * Configuration and assembly of computing equipment * Basic knowledge of **databases** **Desired Competencies** * Service-oriented attitude * Analytical and problem-solving ability * Organization and responsibility * Proactivity * Teamwork **We Offer** * Job stability * Positive work environment * Opportunity for professional growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
