Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the accounting team in Monterrey. * Ensure proper implementation of U.S. accounting systems and local tax regulations. * Prepare and review financial reports for the headquarters in Houston. * Implement internal control and audit processes. * Foster a collaborative, self-managed work environment with effective conflict resolution.
