Position: Sales Supervisor Ciudad Valles, S.L.P. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales supervisor * Knowledge of sales planning, negotiation, route analysis and management, inventory management, FIFO, balance reconciliation, budgeting, KPI management * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proactive and responsible attitude * Valid driver's license * Familiarity with Ciudad Valles and surrounding areas Responsibilities: Responsible for executing the sales plan, reconciling account balances with customers during each visit and collecting overdue accounts, opening and closing the branch, prospecting new customers and supervising sales agents' routes, inventory management, and accounts receivable audits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $17,020.00 per month Experience: * Personnel management: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
