Age: 28–50 years old Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Skills:** Strong personnel management ability Teamwork Leadership Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel between branches (Monterrey, Nuevo Leon) Organizational and control capabilities Negotiation skills **Competencies:** Responsible, committed, and honest.
