Age: 28 to 50 years old Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Skills:** Strong personnel management skills Teamwork Leadership Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel between branches (Monterrey, Nuevo Leon) Organizational and control capabilities Negotiation skills **Competencies:** Responsible, committed, and honest.
