If you know how to turn high-stakes market resolutions, massive wins, and streamers’ hilarious reactions into viral gold, we want you on our team. **The Role** We’re looking for a highly skilled and trend-savvy **Content Clipper** to join our team. Your primary mission will be to monitor live streams (and VODs) of our partnered streamers, identify the most exciting, captivating, and high-tension moments related to our prediction market, and edit them into highly shareable vertical short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X/Twitter). You’ll serve as the bridge between our stream activations and our social media presence, responsible for hooking viewers within the first 3 seconds and driving traffic to our platform. **Key Responsibilities** * **Live/VOD Monitoring:** Watch our partners’ live streams or review VODs to identify key moments (e.g., bold predictions made, tense market resolutions, massive wins, agonizing losses, and streamers’ funny jokes). * **Rapid-Delivery Clipping:** Cut, edit, and optimize short videos with fast turnaround times to capitalize on real-time *hype* and trends. * **High-Quality Editing:** Add dynamic captions, sound effects, zoom cuts, graphics, and supporting footage (B\-roll) to maximize audience retention and engagement. * **Platform-Specific Optimization:** Tailor edits specifically for the algorithms and culture of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X. * **Brand Integration:** Ensure seamless and compelling integration of our prediction market branding, UI elements, and calls-to-action (CTAs) into all clips. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with our social media team and streamers themselves to align content strategy, posting schedules, and viral hooks. **Requirements** * **Proven Experience:** A strong portfolio demonstrating prior work editing short-form videos—specifically within gaming, streaming, or finance/crypto niches. * **Software Proficiency:** Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced CapCut workflows. * **Cultural Fit:** Deep understanding of streaming culture (Twitch, Kick, YouTube), community humor, and current internet trends. * **Pacing & Narrative Sense:** An innate ability to find the "hook" in a lengthy live stream and condense it into a powerful 15–60 second narrative. * **Speed & Reliability:** Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines—sometimes cutting and publishing within minutes after an event occurs on stream. **Bonus Points** * Familiarity with prediction markets, sports betting, or financial trading concepts. * Prior experience working directly with major content creators or esports organizations. * Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling social media descriptions. **What We Offer** * **Competitive Pay:** \[Insert Salary Range or Hourly/Per-Clip Rate] * **Flexibility:** 100% remote work with flexible hours (aligned with streaming schedules). * **Growth:** Opportunity to join a fast-growing tech-and-entertainment startup from the ground up. * **Exposure:** Your work will be amplified across massive creator networks. **How to Apply** Please send your resume, a brief introduction explaining why you’re a strong fit for this role, and—**most importantly—a link to your portfolio or a folder containing your best short-form clips**. *(Optional Challenge: Send us a 30-second clip you’ve edited from any existing stream that you believe perfectly captures a fun or highly tense moment!)* Salary: $800\.00 \- $1,800\.00 per month Work Location: Remote position
