**Specialized Technician for Microsoft Infrastructure and Virtualization** At NSK Consulting, we operate and manage critical technology infrastructure for high-impact organizations in Mexico. We are seeking a Specialized Technician for Microsoft Infrastructure and Virtualization with current certifications in Windows-stack technologies — virtualization, messaging, collaboration, Active Directory, security, and business continuity — to join our Data Center Operations team under ITIL standards and operational continuity frameworks. This role is essential to ensure the availability, security, and proper functioning of our clients’ technology services. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer, configure, and support Data Center virtualization environments (VMware vSphere/vCenter or Microsoft Hyper\-V). * Manage and support Microsoft Exchange 2013 or later: mailboxes, distribution groups, backups, monitoring, and incident resolution. * Administer Active Directory: users, groups, GPOs, organizational units, domain controllers, and security policies. * Administer Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or later: installation, configuration, hardening, patching, and production support. * Administer SharePoint Server 2010 or later and Microsoft Office 365: site, user, permission, and cloud service management. * Operate and support the Service Desk in accordance with ITIL V3 or V4 best practices: incident, request, problem, and change management. * Monitor Data Center infrastructure and generate alerts, availability reports, and status summaries. * Implement and maintain information security controls aligned with ISO 27001\. * Participate in Business Continuity Management (BCP/DRP) aligned with ISO 22301\. * Document Data Center configurations, changes, and operational procedures. * Escalate critical incidents within agreed customer response timeframes. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years administering Microsoft infrastructure and virtualization in production environments or Data Centers * Virtualization: VMware vSphere / vCenter or Microsoft Hyper\-V — administration of production virtualized environments * Microsoft Exchange 2013 or later — mailbox, connector, database, and high-availability administration * Active Directory — advanced administration: users, groups, GPOs, DNS, domain controllers, and sites * Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or later — installation, configuration, hardening, roles, and support * SharePoint Server 2010 or later — site, site collection, and permission administration * Microsoft Office 365 — license, user, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online service management * Service Desk / ITSM: ticketing tools aligned with ITIL V3 or V4 * Information Security Management: ISO 27001 controls applied to infrastructure operations * Business Continuity: knowledge of BCP/DRP plans under ISO 22301 * **Technical English:** Intermediate\-advanced level — reading Microsoft, VMware, and international standards documentation (mandatory) * **Work mode:** Remote work **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required) **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS** The following technologies are mandatory; any relevant certification or accreditation increases hiring chances. ***ATTENTION: Candidates must provide proof of current certifications in the technologies listed in this profile.
