Portfolio management and customer follow-up 3. 100% commercial profile (hunter) **SME Executive – Simple Credit Placement \| Hybrid / Remote** We seek commercial professionals **specialized in simple credit placement for SMEs** **Responsibilities** * Prospecting and placing **simple credits for SMEs** * Portfolio management and customer follow-up * Sales closing under monthly target schemes * Development of personal commercial pipeline **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in **SME (simple) credit placement** * Prior work experience in **banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or brokers**, specifically within the SME segment * 100% commercial profile (hunter) with results-oriented focus * Experience meeting targets and managing variable compensation **Profiles from other commercial sectors or non-financial sales will not be considered** **Offer** * Base salary: **MXN $23,000 gross per month** *(non-negotiable)* * **Uncapped commissions** (current average: MXN $20,000–$30,000 additional) * Enhanced benefits: + Food vouchers + Major medical expense insurance + Life insurance + Additional benefits **Work Arrangement** * **Hybrid**: Mexico City and State of Mexico * **Remote**: Rest of Mexico
