Opportunity for professional development in a high-performance environment **At CAMFRI, we don’t just move products…** We move ideas, we move people, and above all: *we move results.* *We are a Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and 4PL operator services,* ***multi\-temperature,*** *with presence in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.* Today, we seek a strategic, organized, and powerful mind… A ***Shipping Supervisor*** *who will elevate warehouse operations to the next level by addressing operational needs to optimize loading, unloading, and storage processes…* *We want the person capable of maintaining full control over inventory and internal warehouse movements.* **Profile:** * Education: High school diploma * Minimum **1 year of experience in.** * Knowledge of RP (Receiving & Putaway) in warehousing * Multi-temperature warehousing * Good warehousing practices (Perishable goods control) * Good documentation practices * Intermediate Excel knowledge * Ability to work under pressure **Responsibilities:** · Receive sales department orders to plan weekly shipments. · Define schedules and assign personnel required for each shipment, notifying all involved parties promptly. · Coordinate with the sales department to ensure transport vehicles are available at the scheduled time for loading, verifying they meet required hygiene and mechanical conditions for dispatch. · Coordinate with the warehouse management team on loading locations and order assembly for all shipments, requesting packaging materials in advance as well as warehouse assistant support when required by the shipment. · Pack, label, and prepare orders according to customer specifications (on pallets, in bags, packages, boxes, kits). · Supervise dispatch operations for all shipments, considering the following points: \* Correct pallet configuration, considering product dimensions vs. transport dimensions. \* Consider maximum vehicle weight and optimal load distribution. · Supervise loading; take photos as evidence at the start and end of each shipment. · Record each shipment per quality department requirements, specifying batches and other required information. · Provide traffic department with order dimensions and weights for shipping. · Generate the CFDI for transfer when shipments are transported using company vehicles. · Deliver documents to the warehouse manager upon completion of each shipment (warehouse exit document, labels, packing list, etc.). **CAMFRI Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Real growth and development opportunities. * High-performance work environment. * Challenging and impactful projects. * State-of-the-art facilities. * Ongoing training and development. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Gym. * Aesthetics services. * Recreation room. **Here, there is no room for the ordinary.
