Due to expansion and growth, we seek your talent as a REPSE Specialized Services Analyst. Requirements: Technical degree in administrative or accounting fields. Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (verifiable). Minimum 1 year of experience in REPSE compliance. Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation. Knowledge of SIROC. Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with accounting systems. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Monitoring and tracking tax and labor obligations related to the REPSE registry. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for compliance with IMSS, SAT, and STPS. Reviewing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinating with Human Resources and Legal departments to maintain updated required documentation. Supporting internal and external audits related to REPSE. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications or courses in REPSE, IMSS, SAT, or STPS. Experience in construction or specialized services companies.
