We are now seeking: Junior Recruiter Requirements: Experience in recruiting operational and administrative personnel (6 months). Responsibilities: \- Posting job vacancies. \- Screening candidate profiles. \- Conducting interviews. Monitoring the selection process. \- Preparing candidate files. \- Preparing reports. \- Supporting recruitment efforts across various projects. Salary: $10,400 gross per month, paid biweekly. Salary increase after completing the third month. Commission structure based on monthly hires. Tier 1: 15 HIRES — $2,250 ($150 per hire upon reaching target) Tier 2: 29 HIRES — $5,800 ($200 per hire upon reaching target) — NO CAP * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs (includes one-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: HO (9:00–12:00 hrs), twice per month (based on performance). * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract * 100% IN-PERSON (Altius Tower).
