Focus on attracting operational and administrative talent A reputable company in the sector is currently seeking a **Recruiter** to join its team. **Job Objective:** Ensure timely coverage of administrative and operational vacancies through recruitment and selection processes aligned with required profiles, as well as the organization’s goals, mission, vision, and values. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Desirable experience in filling operational and administrative vacancies. * Age: 25–35 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Recruitment and personnel selection. * Posting vacancies on job boards and social media. * Telephone and in-person interviews. * File compilation and recordkeeping. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Management of recruitment reports. * Ability to identify suitable candidates according to job descriptions. * Organization, follow-up, and confidential handling of information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and analyze job profiles based on hiring needs. * Determine candidate requirements based on work experience and academic background. * Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, universities, and employment centers. * Post vacancies across multiple attraction channels. * Build and maintain an updated network of potential candidates. * Contact potential candidates via phone or digital means. * Conduct preliminary telephone interviews. * Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews. * Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company. * Verify employment references and candidate background. * Follow up on pre-employment processes, from initial contact through to hiring. * Present salary offers and track offer acceptance. * Compile, manage, and securely store personnel files with confidentiality. * Prepare daily recruitment reports, including calls made, interviews conducted, candidates accepted, candidates rejected, and sources used. * Support onboarding of newly hired personnel. * Propose improvements to recruitment policies and procedures when necessary. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000 to $15,000, commensurate with experience. * Benefits in accordance with current offerings. * Opportunity for professional development.
