We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **Function / Responsibilities focused on the Position:** Conducting process and product audits Evaluating and classifying components (Accepted, Functional, PNC, Scrap, Supplier Rejection, etc.) Monitoring the MDI quality dashboard (FPY, Scrap, COPQ, Rejections, HrxHr, etc.) Actively participating in solving problems affecting the process, machine failures, materials, operations, etc. Actively participating in gemba activities Ensuring availability of work tools **Education:** Technical degree (Machinery and Tools, Refrigeration, Electricity, Mechatronics, etc.) / Incomplete or completed engineering degree in related fields (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering) **Experience:** In pneumatic testing processes, metal-mechanical assembly, and quality audit processes **Skills:** (Desirable) Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate or advanced Excel, Minitab, 3D drawing software (desirable), knowledge of measurement equipment, GD\&T, component sorting We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
