Quality Assurance Manager

A leading company in graphic arts and folding cartons. We are seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards in graphic printing processes, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will be a key piece in the manufacturing process, closely collaborating with other team members to ensure that final products meet quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, update manuals and procedures of the quality management system. * Manage, document, and control company operational records and documentation. * Supervise compliance with official regulations and international standards, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans. * Coordinate, plan, and conduct internal and external audits, as well as supervise compliance with key standards. * Monitor quality KPIs and correct deviations. * Train and instruct personnel on system usage and good manufacturing and storage practices. * Manage continuous improvement and promote reengineering tools and root cause analysis to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. * Customer-oriented approach: channel user feedback to implement effective processes that increase customer satisfaction. * Leadership, communication, decision-making, analytical and meticulous profile Requirements: * Knowledge of NOM-059: Good Manufacturing Practices for Medicines * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System * Knowledge of ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems **Requirements** · Completed or nearing completion of Chemical or Industrial Engineering degree · 2 years of verifiable experience as a Quality Manager · Age: 25 years or older **We offer:** Biweekly payment Competitive salary.
