Opportunity to work with supervisors and contractors Balper Instalaciones, S.A. de C.V., a major construction company, is seeking: **PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR** Project Management Engineer / Business Management Engineer / Industrial Engineer or related field **::::EXPERIENCE::::** 2\-3 years of experience as a project analyst in a field related to Construction, data analysis, outstanding research and reporting skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of collecting on-site information from various projects, comparing it against schedules, analyzing critical paths, and coordinating solutions. **::::KNOWLEDGE::::** * Knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical construction processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Critical path analysis * Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Project **::::RESPONSIBILITIES::::** * Perform administrative tasks required by Construction Coordination to ensure timely project completion. * Be proficient in using computer technology * Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate activities with Construction Supervisors. * Monitor construction schedules and progress * Performance evaluations of supervision (KPIs) * Analysis of claims that may arise during or upon project completion by the client * Evaluation of contractors for construction execution * Updating of forms * Submission of weekly progress reports to Construction Coordination * Weekly review of work plans **::::WE OFFER YOU::::** * Competitive salary * Direct employment with the company * Weekly payment * Paid training * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance ***::AVAILABILITY TO RELOCATE TO DIFFERENT PROJECTS::*** Position type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
