Position: Production Coordinator **Schedule:** Weekly rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) **Workdays:** Monday to Saturday **Work Location:** Xalostoc Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise daily production operations. * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of the production schedule. * Supervise operational staff and line balancing. * Monitor plastic transformation processes and polymer handling. * Guarantee quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Track production indicators and scrap rates. * Coordinate activities with maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes. Candidate Profile * Industrial, Chemical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Supervisor in the plastic industry. * Knowledge of polymers, plastic transformation processes, and manufacturing. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of production control, quality, and continuous improvement. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
