Focus on planning, organization, and effective communication. **Payroll Analyst** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting (in progress or recently graduated) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll processing * Minimum handling of 150 employees * Payroll knowledge * Preparation and review of biweekly payroll * Payroll knowledge * Excellent attitude (we aim to maintain the positive work environment already established) * Personnel adhering to regulations and guidelines * Willingness to receive guidance and feedback for professional growth, without defensiveness * Monday to Saturday (with availability to work on Saturdays) * Availability of time and responsiveness to employee inquiries Responsibilities: * Support in onboarding and offboarding personnel * Involvement in payroll processing (consolidation) * Personnel file management and control * Perform pre-payroll, payroll processing, and COMPAQ system management * Management of payroll register lists * Proficiency in **CONTPAQ** and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills (formulas) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience, with enthusiasm for payroll work Competencies: Planning and organizational ability Analytical thinking Proactiveness Effective communication Teamwork Service-oriented attitude Technical competencies Basic\-intermediate Excel We offer: **Net salary: $11,000 per month**, plus a salary increase of $3,000 pesos after 3 months based on performance Statutory benefits (IMSS, AFORE, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation premium, FONACOT) Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $7,899\.90 \- $14,321\.40 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
