Responsibilities: * Prepare and process biweekly and monthly payrolls. * Validate attendance-related incidents: attendance, tardiness, absences, disabilities, and leave requests. * Calculate salaries, earnings, deductions, and applicable taxes. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IMSS and related platforms. * Generate stamped payroll receipts and accounting reports. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax obligations. * Provide employee support regarding payroll-related questions or clarifications. * Support internal and external audits when required.
