**Job Description**
A company is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee compensation, guaranteeing compliance with current tax, social security, and labor obligations, while minimizing risks of fines or discrepancies with regulatory authorities.

**Salary**
$18,000 net per month
**Main Responsibilities**
* Biweekly or monthly payroll processing, including recording and applying incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime)
* Calculation of employer-employee social security contributions (IMSS / INFONAVIT) and ISR withholdings
* Calculation and application of INFONAVIT loan amortization deductions (percentage, fixed amount, minimum wage units)
* Validation of the Payroll Tax (ISN) in CDMX and State of Mexico
* Management of affiliation movements in IDSE: registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications
* Handling of medical leaves and work-related risk cases
* Calculation of final settlements and liquidations: bonuses, vacation pay, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and severance payments
* Generation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll CFDIs
**Required Technical Knowledge**
* Income Tax Law (LISR): tax withholdings, exempt and taxable income, annual ISR adjustment
* Social Security Law (LSS) and INFONAVIT regulations: Daily Integrated Salary (SDI), Base Salary for Contributions (SBC), and affiliation movements
* Federal Labor Law (LFT)
* Payroll CFDI: timing and fiscal requirements for electronic stamping (timbrado)
* Intermediate Excel: pivot tables, logical formulas, and basic macros
* Experience with payroll systems / ERP (preferred)
* Familiarity with IMSS’s IDSE portal and SUA system
**Candidate Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree preferred)
* 2–3 years of payroll experience
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Ethical conduct and ability to handle salary information confidentially
* Service-oriented mindset and ability to clearly explain payroll calculations
Salary: $17,500.00 – $18,000.00 per month
