PAYROLL ANALYST Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience processing payroll for approximately 1,000 employees. Advanced Excel skills (database management). Proficiency in Income Tax (ISR) on salaries and wages. In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS). Personal qualities: Teamwork, organized, analytical, and ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Prepare: * Payroll Tax (ISN) calculations * Payroll calculations and adjustments * Settlement calculations (finiquitos) * Bank payment layouts * Monthly and annual ISR adjustments OFFER: Starting salary of $15,000 MXN net per month Statutory benefits effective from Day 1 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM If you meet the profile and are interested in this position, apply now — we will contact you immediately!
