Your primary mission will be to welcome and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. Customer reception: Greet guests warmly and courteously. Table assignment: Manage guest entry and diner rotation. Waitlist management: Handle waiting lists and estimated wait times. Internal communication: Coordinate continuously with servers and head waiters. Customer service: Address inquiries and channel requests appropriately. Order and presentation: Maintain cleanliness and order in the entrance area. General support: Assist with service as operational needs arise. What we seek in you Age: Must be over 18 years old. Documentation: Valid legal documents (SAT, NSS, etc.). Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and service-oriented mindset. Availability: Flexibility to rotate shifts.
