Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with 5 years of experience in supervising electromechanical and hydrosanitary installations for industrial and commercial construction projects, managing the project from inception to completion. Material and contractor control and logistics A construction company is seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer to supervise electromechanical and hydrosanitary installations, with 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction. Responsibilities: Lead and ensure the commencement, progress, and completion of construction work in accordance with the schedule, quality standards, and budget. Supervise site managers and construction teams. Prepare construction progress reports, site logs, and cost estimates. Track collections for change orders. Monitor, track, and evaluate contractors and suppliers. Manage, control, and coordinate materials (requisition, receipt, supply, and recordkeeping). Participate in internal team meetings and client meetings. Document and report all project changes, and obtain signatures from the person requesting and authorizing such changes. Request new personnel and/or suppliers. Report incidents, accidents, and other occurrences within the assigned project. Intermediate and/or advanced English proficiency is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP, Office (Outlook, Excel), and Procore. Willingness to work weekends or night shifts if required by the project.
