Position Summary: Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to analyze, monitor, and provide technical support for printing services, performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and printing maintenance experience. 2. Service ticket handling and operational report preparation. 3. Assistance in diagnosing hardware and software failures in printers. **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in technical support and/or printing maintenance roles. * Experience tracking tickets, generating reports, and handling operational requests. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of printing equipment. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor printing service operations. * Prepare and submit operational and statistical reports. * Monitor the installed base of printing equipment. * Manage and control supplies and consumables. * Review physical and digital meter readings using applications. * Track service tickets (creation, resolution, and closure). * Provide customer support and follow-up for assigned accounts. * Configure devices for monitoring tools. * Assist in diagnosing hardware and software failures in printers. **Desired Knowledge:** * Printing equipment (Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, Samsung, Kyocera, etc.). * Administrative control, reporting, and information analysis. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits from day one.
