CBRE is the world's leading firm in real estate consulting, marketing, property services, and maintenance. **Maintenance Technician.** Location: Mitikah Tower, 25th and 26th Floors Schedules: Monthly rotating shifts: Morning shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school education. 1–2 years of experience as a general maintenance technician. **Responsibilities:** * General maintenance (lighting fixtures, painting, finishes, switches) * Equipment and room inspections * User support (room setup, adjustments, air conditioning adjustments) * Electrical panel maintenance * HVAC system maintenance (Fan and Coil units, heat pumps), emergency power plants, and UPS — preventive maintenance **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, driving progress for businesses and individuals.
