Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in office environments. Inspection of electrical and hydrosanitary installations, and support in property preservation. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma with certificate. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in general office maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, locksmithing, and general maintenance.
