Staff training and assurance of 100% service coverage for patients and physicians. **PEN HEALTH is seeking a Patient Support Program Leader in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bachelor's degree in health-related or administrative fields Customer service at the managerial level and patient program administration Responsibilities: Attending to and following up on customer requests to achieve program objectives Communicating effectively with various program stakeholders Analyzing program data and proposing improvements to maintain program service standards Monitoring adherence to established timelines and KPIs for proper program operation Training supervisory staff on administrative topics and program processes Ensuring 100% service coverage for all patients and physicians contacting the program Identifying and preparing adverse event and product quality reports Preparing reports and presentations for clients.
