This opportunity is for you! Key responsibilities: * Handling and tracking purchase requests and tickets. * Quoting and purchasing spare parts, equipment, and materials. * Tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing. * Negotiating with and managing suppliers. * Updating and maintaining information in SAP and internal platforms. * Administrative and logistical tracking of materials. * Validating delivery timelines and stock availability. ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field (internship candidate or graduate). * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, acquisitions, or logistics. * Knowledge of supplier management and comparative quotation analysis. * Basic understanding of contracts and purchase orders. * Intermediate Excel skills. * SAP knowledge preferred. * Basic English proficiency.
