




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive human resources management, including recruitment, training, onboarding, payroll, and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Identify, screen, and interview candidates aligned with the position profile. 3\. Administer psychometric tests according to the position profile. 4\. Provide onboarding for new employees. 5\. Develop, update, and coordinate the organization’s annual training plan. 6\. Distribute and maintain inventory of uniforms and safety equipment per work area. 7\. Conduct activities that promote staff integration. 8\. Coordinate the workplace climate survey. 9\. Manage staff terminations, final settlement delivery, and severance calculations. 10\. Prepare, control, and monitor employment contracts. 11\. Handle payroll incidents, weekly and biweekly payroll processing. 12\. Maintain and prepare vacation records. 13\. Support administrative and operational staff. 14\. Implement improvements to meet departmental KPIs. 15\. Coordinate events. 16\. Develop and disseminate campaigns. 17\. Prepare reports. 18\. Coordinate emergency response teams. 19\. Support audits. 20\. Develop and update procedures and policies. 21\. Monitor regulation implementation.
