Full management of personnel administration and internal communication **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Vallejo \- Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Relations (in progress or completed). * Must reside near the work location. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operational recruitment and selection. * Onboarding and integration. * Follow-up and retention. * Training and development. * Performance evaluation. * Personnel administration. * Internal communication and recognition. * Critical day-to-day activities. **WE OFFER:** * Gross salary: $20,000 \- $22,000 gross. * Statutory benefits.
