Organization of training programs. Strengthening the work environment. Addressing team members' needs. Supervision of internal policy compliance. Preparation of reports. Updating the internal regulation before the Labor Board. Updating employment contracts. Submission of settlement documents to the Labor Board. Submission of minutes to the Labor Board.
