We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and highly responsible **Human Resources Analyst** to serve as the primary point of contact for our plant and operational area employees. If you are passionate about direct interaction with people, resolving floor-level issues, and ensuring administrative processes run flawlessly, this is your place! ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Labor Relations:** Serve as the primary shift support bridging the company and employees. * **Coordination of HR Assistant Personnel:** Design, supervise, and execute key processes with floor-level assistants to support departments and fulfill activities. * **Pre\-Payroll Management:** Register, review, and conduct daily follow-up on incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacations) to ensure accurate employee payments. * **Floor-Level Presence and Accessibility:** Conduct regular walkthroughs across production lines to address questions and requests, maintaining excellent internal communication with staff. * **Conflict and Complex Situation Resolution:** Mediate and resolve first-level labor situations, applying internal regulations and the **Federal Labor Law (FLL)**. * **Personnel Administration:** Ensure correct execution of administrative processes (contracts, terminations, delivery of pay slips, etc.). ### **Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements):** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 2–4 years in personnel administration, human resources, and labor relations (preferably within manufacturing plants). **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards). * Thorough knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (FLL)**. **Language:** Intermediate English (ability to read policies, send emails, and provide floor-level support). **Availability:** Exclusively available to work fixed **Afternoon or Night Shift** (2 vacancies available). ### **Required Competencies (Soft Skills):** * **High empathy and service orientation:** You will be the primary support for night operations. * **Autonomy and decision-making ability:** Capacity to resolve unforeseen issues without direct supervision. * Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Leadership / Sense of fairness and impartiality / Adaptability to change. ### **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and timely weekly payments. * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.** * Employee transportation service. * Opportunity to gain solid experience and grow within a world-class company. ### **Working Conditions:** * **Location:** Foxconn Vesta Park Plant (Carretera al Salto). * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM (Afternoon Shift) / Monday to Saturday, 10:30 PM–5:30 AM (Night Shift). **Why Join Us?** We offer a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment where you can apply a holistic view of the human resources process within a multinational manufacturing enterprise. *Apply now and become part of Foxconn!*
