




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant with experience in manufacturing to handle comprehensive personnel management, incident tracking, and resolution of labor disputes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel management and handling of labor disputes 2. Pre-payroll preparation and incident tracking 3. Interaction with unionized staff and general HR administration IMPORTANT: MANUFACTURING COMPANY SEEKING: HR Assistant REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields * Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar role; manufacturing industry experience preferred * Flexible working hours * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel * Knowledge of pre-payroll and payroll processing, incident tracking (hires, terminations, medical leaves) * Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and INFONAVIT RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handling and follow-up on labor disputes * Preparation of operational pre-payroll and incident tracking * Interaction with unionized staff * Personnel administration, general services, and other activities inherent to the HR department. Skills: Organized, committed, excellent service attitude, and negotiation skills.
