**Nursing Assistant Skills** * Empathy and compassion toward patients * Responsibility, effective work performance, and punctuality * Ability to communicate with patients and healthcare team members * Teamwork * Technical knowledge in patient care * Flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen situations * Commitment to continuous learning * Ability to organize complex tasks * Respect for others and professional ethics **Requirements:** * Perform all procedures related to patient admission. * Conduct patient rounds, take vital signs, insert and remove catheters, and document medical records according to regulations. * Carry out thorough cleaning procedures in coordination with general services staff. * Correctly perform the RPBI (Risk Prevention and Biological Integrity) Management Procedure. * Verify and request supplies as needed by the service. * Circulate, instrument, and assist in recovery. * Perform activities conducted at CEYE (Center for Emergency and Critical Care). * Collect samples and assist with ultrasound, X-ray, and computed tomography. * Complete logs in accordance with regulations. * Catheterization * Availability to cover 12\*24-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Knowledge of operating room procedures is desirable We offer: Statutory benefits.
