Due to our expansion across multiple cities, we are seeking a **General Dentist** with a growth mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills. **What Are We Looking For?** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (Valid Professional License required). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in general procedures (preferred). * Skills: Excellent communication, patient-centered approach, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively. * Profile: Candidates should have an interest in consultative sales and efficient clinic administration. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality initial consultations and general dental treatments. * Advise patients on their treatment plans (Sales). * Support administrative tasks and patient record management. What We Offer (Our Benefits!): * Base Salary: $13,000 net per month. * Commission Structure: Attractive bonuses and commissions for treatment sales and goal achievement (No cap!). * Statutory Benefits: Employment contract with full statutory benefits from day one. * Growth: Real opportunity for professional development and potential indefinite-term contract. **Position Details:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM | Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. * Work Mode: 100% in-person.
