Job Summary: We are seeking General Assistants for our Bakery department, responsible for packaging products and preparing fruits at the San Nicolás Corporate Office. Key Highlights: 1. Packaging and sealing functions for bakery products. 2. Preparation of fruits such as kiwi, strawberry, and mango. 3. Completion of primary education and age between 18 and 55 years required. Bakery Vacancies: General Assistant (Operators) Location: San Nicolás Corporate Office. Candidate Profile Age: 18 to 55 years. Education: Completed primary education. Main Responsibilities Packaging and sealing of cookies, wafers, and empanadas. Cutting fruit (kiwi, strawberry, and mango) and mango grating. Compensation and Benefits Offered Gross salary: $2,562 (weekly). Productivity bonus: $500 monthly. Grocery vouchers: $1,600 monthly. Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, and Christmas bonus (15 days). Additional benefits: Life insurance, uniforms, profit-sharing, and subsidized cafeteria. Discounts: 10% at branches and 50% at Matrix Plant. Transportation: We provide transportation service. Payment: Every Friday via Banregio card. Work Schedule Shifts: Rotating 12-hour shifts. Day shift: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Night shift: 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. Schedule: Monday through Sunday with rotating weekly rest days. Note: Staggered week schedule. Required Documentation INE, CURP, and NSS. RFC from SAT. Primary school certificate. Birth certificate.
