At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology services, you are invited to join our team! ***Position Name: Field Engineer CDMX (Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Santa Fe - Southern Zone)*** ***Hybrid schedule: Monday to Sunday / two days off.*** ***Job Description:*** **On-site TK support** On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project-related TK issues; inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across the client's business units. **Equipment maintenance** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment reported as incidents via the service desk. **Incident and request handling** On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project-related TK issues; inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across the client's business units. **Installation of replacement parts for incidents** Installation and configuration of equipment/parts sourced from inventory for replacement and incident resolution. **Tracking status** Providing feedback to service desk managers regarding TK progress, to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Ø **Skills:** Technical support for computer equipment § Proficiency with cloning tools and image deployment. § Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems. § Structured cabling repair.
