Description and Details of Responsibilities **Job Objective** Ensure control, organization, and tracking of administrative information and processes for residential operations, acting as a liaison among the administrator, residents, vendors, and internal departments. This position contributes to operational efficiency through resource management, resident service, and coordination of administrative and operational activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and organize administrative files and records (physical and digital). * Serve as the point of contact between the residential administrator and tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests. * Coordinate meetings among administration, residents, vendors, and maintenance staff. * Manage and track rental payments and other associated charges. * Monitor and review vendor invoices. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the residential administrator. * Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses to support decision-making. * Manage financial resources, ensuring balance between income and expenses. * Supervise and track operational processes related to maintenance and services. * Coordinate the administrator’s schedule, appointments, and meetings. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and standards in information delivery. Experience and Requirements **Key Functions** * Management, monitoring, and reporting of operational and financial information. * Coordination of services and follow-up on resident requests. * Support for continuous improvement of administrative processes. * Liaison among internal departments, vendors, and customers. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar administrative roles. * Knowledge of administrative control, billing, and vendor management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Basic English (desirable).
