DESCRIPTION **Specialists in custom corporate uniform solutions** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Work area:** Cancún and Riviera Maya region **Competitive base salary** \+ Excellent commissions, Statutory benefits * Gasoline vouchers and travel allowances. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Finance, Administration, or related field. * Sales and prospecting experience in the HORECA or tourism sector, preferably with products frequently consumed by hotels. * Minimum 3 years of senior-level sales experience. * Experience closing high-volume sales or significant commercial contracts with hotels. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Personal vehicle required. **Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain databases of hotels and tourism-related companies, identifying qualified potential clients. * Consistently prospect tourism-sector businesses requiring basic and custom-tailored uniforms. * Conduct strategic visits to clients and prospects to understand their specific needs regarding designs, materials, etc. * Engage in business conversations and presentations with hotel owners, directors, managers, and decision-makers in the tourism sector. * Conduct market analysis of the tourism sector, identifying trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities. * Participate in hospitality-industry events, trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to strengthen business relationships and brand positioning. * Register and update client information in the company’s internal systems. * Continuously use and update CRM and other sales tracking tools. * Maintain close, trusted relationships with clients, providing ongoing advisory support and follow-up. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and drive deeper sales. * Regularly attend sales training sessions to stay updated on products and hospitality-industry trends.
