Position Summary: We are seeking Full-time Teachers to deliver Spanish classes in primary education, with a focus on competency development and students' holistic formation. Key Highlights: 1. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:25 AM–3:00 PM. Required knowledge: * Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital classroom tools. * Competency-based model. * SEP curriculum program and grade-level profile. * Developmental stage of primary school students. * Formative assessment processes. * Competencies and skills in education. * Project-based learning. General Position Objective: Serve as the lead teacher for a class, delivering academic instruction and facilitating learning in Spanish, ensuring students’ satisfactory performance in the competency-based learning process. * Planning and managing activities aimed at competency development. * Assessing student progress, supporting academic improvement, and strengthening students’ skills and attitudes. * Using self-assessment tools to evaluate one’s own teaching performance. * Promoting students’ holistic educational advancement. * Providing timely follow-up and support to parents/guardians. * Developing instructional materials, planning projects, and designing playful activities. * Managing and overseeing two classes. Main Responsibilities: * Attending to, monitoring, and supporting assigned students. * Developing and implementing competency-based quarterly lesson plans. * Designing and administering continuous and quarterly assessments. * Participating in school events. * Engaging in ongoing professional development. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract. Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month.
