DE C.V.** **WE ARE SEEKING:** **Job Title: Data Entry Clerk** **Job Objective:** The **Data Entry Clerk** is responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information in the company's systems, as well as generating and managing electronic invoices, ensuring both data recording and billing are performed accurately and in compliance with applicable tax regulations. **Duties and Responsibilities:** **Data Entry:** * Accurately and efficiently enter information into the company's computer systems. * Validate and review captured data to ensure accuracy. * Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring they are complete and up-to-date. * Generate periodic reports of entered data. * Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to captured information. **Billing:** * Prepare and issue electronic invoices for products and/or services provided, in compliance with current tax regulations. * Verify that sales, service, and customer information is correctly reflected on invoices. * Timely send invoices to customers and resolve any issues arising from them. * Manage the filing of issued invoices and ensure proper classification. * Collaborate closely with the accounting department to ensure correct integration of billing with accounting records. **Other Administrative Tasks:** * Perform administrative activities related to document registration and archiving. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and invoice issuance. * Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to data entry and billing. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry and billing activities. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing systems and tax regulations. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel). * Ability to handle high volumes of information and meet established deadlines. * Attention to detail and ability to identify potential errors in information. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to handle situations under pressure. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Proactivity and willingness to assist in various administrative tasks. **ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.** **CONTACT: 5555650313 EXT 119 LIC.
