Location: This position is based in Mexico City. **Job Responsibilities** Timely and effective support for the installed base regarding IT Group product support, achieving agreed-upon timeliness indicators (SLAs) with groups, brands, and associations to ensure customer satisfaction. **Job Requirements** * Minimum university degree. * SQL knowledge. * Remote connection knowledge. * Information analysis knowledge. * Customer support experience. * SLA management experience. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly salary (based on qualifications). * Permanent full-time employment contract. * On-site work mode. * Professional growth and development opportunities. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs on-site; Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs remote.
