We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** to join our great team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Intermediate Excel skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer support and issue resolution * Control of product inbound and outbound movements * Product reports and incident reporting * Personalized support for freight carrier line operators * ERP warehouse system management * Report preparation **SCHEDULES:** * Availability to rotate across 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), Monday through Sunday. * Midweek day off. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $13,500 less taxes (biweekly payment) * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Christmas bonus equivalent to 26 days' pay * $390 punctuality bonus * $335 attendance bonus * $950 food vouchers * 9% savings fund contribution * Savings box * Life insurance.
